A machine that always reads to the end takes the turn away from the person holding it. You decide how long it listens before it translates, and whether the audio yields to someone who has started speaking — from your own screen, during the session, without reopening it.

When to translate

If someone speaks while the translation is being read

Whose voice reads it

The clinician Picked once. The same doctor works all day, so the choice carries over to the next session by itself.
The patient Picked for the visit. The patient is a different person every appointment, so nothing is carried over from the last one.

Chosen when the session is created, not in the gear. Leave both alone and the session sounds exactly as it did before.

The first two are set from the gear on the screen of whoever opened the session: they apply to the conversation already running and are remembered on the account, so the next tablet already has them. The gear is only on the screen running the session: a screen that is there to be read — a tablet in the room, the patient’s own phone — carries no controls at all. Touch none of it and everything behaves exactly as it did before.

2026-10 Consultation summary: when the visit ends, the findings, treatment and prices, what was done today and what is left to decide are written up in the patient's language and in Korean. Every price is matched to the sentence it was said in; save it as a PDF or send the patient a link.
2026-10 Closing the window no longer splits a consultation in two. For 15 minutes the start screen offers to continue the previous conversation, and conversations that already split can be picked in the transcript list and summarized as one.
2026-10 Translation check: when the clinician speaks Korean, the meaning that reached the patient appears under the translation, back in Korean. You can confirm it without knowing the patient's language.
